Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the abu88 platform and all services offered under it. By browsing the abu88 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

abu88 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you continue using the platform after revised Terms are published, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the abu88 website, mobile version, and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has created an account on the abu88 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user profile registered on abu88.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to open an account and use services on the abu88 platform is 21 years. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to create an account or use the services. abu88 may request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify age when necessary.

One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account on abu88. It is strictly prohibited for the same person, family, or IP address to create multiple accounts. If abu88 detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close them and freeze the associated funds.

Accuracy of Account Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or misleading information is a violation of these Terms. If any information changes, the user must notify the abu88 support team immediately.

• Correct mobile number
• Correct and valid payment method details

Deposits

The minimum amount to deposit on abu88 is ৳500. We support the following payment methods for Bangladeshi users:

• Upay — United Commercial Bank

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. However, the verification process may take additional time. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• abu88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on abu88, there is an opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25x (based on the bonus amount). That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 worth of bets — after which the winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• One bonus offer cannot be used together with another while it is active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected with the intent to exploit bonus offers, abu88 may cancel the bonus.
• abu88 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus.

VIP Program

abu88's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. The conditions for moving up to a higher tier and the associated benefits are determined at the discretion of abu88.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abu88 platform:

• Exploiting any technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Abusing bonus offers through multiple accounts
• Attempting to win through fraudulent or dishonest means
• Attempting to harass or harm other users

Consequences of Violations

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, abu88 reserves the right to take the following actions:

• Immediately suspend or close the account
• Review all pending and completed transactions
• Cancel winnings obtained through fraudulent means
• Notify the relevant authorities if necessary

Personal Data Protection

Online betting and gaming carry the risk of financial loss. abu88 does not guarantee any specific outcome. Users bet entirely at their own risk. Always bet only what you can afford to lose.

Third-Party Services

Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may close their account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Before closing the account, all pending transactions must be completed and the available balance must be withdrawn (subject to meeting applicable wagering requirements).

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect and unchanged.
